What doctors office just doesnt answer a phone? Or have a voicemail stating why they are closed on a usual day they should be open?! Have been trying to contact the office ALL DAY BECAUSE SHE SENT IN THE WRONG SCRIPT. Im sorry but your patients deserve a little more! Even if the dr isnt in, she should have someone in the office taking calls! NO ONE IS ANSWERING. even called the neighboring dr office to leave them a note to call me back. So unprofessional!!!!!!

Made me feel like I was just a bill I went here for two years never built a connection she came in. The room for 10 minutes always over talked me never heard me out runnnn. Find elsewhere and on top of that I have blue cross blue shield and United health insurance but they keep trying to bill me I’m pissed off

This women was so terrible. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. And when she speaks she feels the need to get right in your face. I kindly asked her to step back. She got mad bc I told her I wasn’t comfortable with what she was trying to get me to do like change birth control even after she had me go out my way to get an X-ray to see the position of the IUD AND she got a different opinion from another doctor (is what she said) which he said the IUD was placed fine where it was. She insisted that I get it removed and if I didn’t she could no longer see me mind you this was like my 2cd visit to her. This old lady is crazy y’all. I mean and it’s already scary going to these appointments with having everyone in your personal business. She knows that. She should use her common sense rather than her old ways. That’s the first thing a women should feel while in her presents is COMFORTABLE. She’s a mess. She kept getting so close to me when she spoke. What a terrible experience. Her young front desk lady was so sweet too she apologized for her behavior lmao. Ew I will never ever see that lady in my life. And don’t try to come on here and say I’ve never been a patient before I post discharge papers.

I met Dr. Cohen for only 10 minutes and I was deeply uncomfortable. She walked into the room with no emotion and was not friendly at all. She lectured me on my past health history and belittled my answers to any questions asked. I told her I was uncomfortable and she got upset and her only response to me saying that was she has plenty of people that like her. She said she could still do an exam, but why would i want someone who speaks down on people, in job where it can be so sensitive and scary, to do a exam on me in a private area? I told her I was uncomfortable doing that, and tried to speak but she would not allow me to. She cut me off and said to get dressed and to find another doctor. When she was leaving the room after telling me to find a new doctor, she opened the door when I was fully naked from the bottom down. I was so uncomfortable and scared I asked her if she could please shut it as I was still naked. She said no, find another doctor, and left the room. This woman should not be a doctor and her behavior is unprofessional and rude. No doctor for woman, should cause another woman to cry. i am deeply disappointed in this doctor. The poor woman who works at the front desk has to deal with her monstrous attitude all day. I will be telling everyone about my experience so no one has to deal with that. Is this how she treats her younger clients as well? SHE IS THE REASON PEOPLE DO NOT SEEK MEDICAL SERVICES.Editing to add: now instead of owning up to being unprofessional and discomforting… Dr. Cohen replies to the review with lies instead and says I’ve never been to her office, not that she can acknowledge that because of hipaa. It is disgusting trash! I hope that she gets the help she clearly needs and gets a new profession because her bias impedes her ability to work clearly.

I would give her zero stars but that’s not a option, my experience with dr. Cohen was absolutely awful and I wouldn’t recommend receiving any type of care from her. She denied me my medical records and I’m still going through trouble getting them from her office even tho it’s illegal to deny me my information. She also told me I’m disrespectful even tho each and every person that works as staff there are rude and don’t know how to do their jobs! And that I need to find a new ob and hung up in my face and this is how we treat patients? I wouldn’t recommend going here to anybody! I will be complaining big time this office should be shut down and dr. Cohen should retire it’s way past her time anyways she’s senile.

Dr. Cohen has been my OB-GYN since 2000. She has delivered all of my children and continues to be my primary care physician. She has always been extremely professional, courteous & caring The wait time at the office can be lengthy but thats because she is so thorough with her patients.

It’s time for her to retire. I would not recommend her to anybody! I had my 2nd pap done by her and my experience was HORRIBLE. She did not explain anything she was doing. Failed at comforting her patient. When I was asked if I use protection she asked me if I was sure...? how disrespectful. And lastly she hurt me, I swear it felt like she cut one of my eggs out to fertilize it or something. I was spotting for the rest of the day. Pretty sure that’s not normal. Needless to say I will not be returning to her office even if she was the last doctor standing. I’ve now found a new OBGYN and she is absolutely wonderful.

Worst dr. Ever charged me for days I wasnt there unwilling to work w me to find correct billing, Dr does not seem to care about her patients surgery is the only concern for her. She charges my insurance something different every time an ultrasound visit costed me 1000 after insurance and nothing is done in house blood work or anything u have to pay as well to go have any work done cuz nothing is done there

Dr. Diana Cohen has been my Gynecologist for 15 years. She is caring, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen!

This woman is a lunatic, run. She is callous, vile, and unprofessional to a point that it is actually astounding. You would be much better off going to a third world country for healthcare. Ive learned a valuable lesson, always search for reviews before seeing a physician.

If i could i she wouldnt have her degree or license do not go to her she lie s she told me my daughter was to died at borth she is now 3 years old and fin she weighed at Birth 9 pounds and 16 ounces i love my baby girl I would like to add she also gave me ptsd from what she said to me Im still scared one day the hart diagnosis would be true my daughter 7 year old now and I still have the doctor look for any hart defects I will never for get those words or how she put me in a small office with her and some man and told me this thin looked at me saying why are you not cry the thing she didnt remember is my mean doctor is a obgyn and he told me my baby girl was fin and healthy I hope she learned better bedside matter and knows no matter what there are people who will speak out on the abused you did making anyone feel lest thin is not ok and telling a young mother there baby will die at birth does traumatize them for a long time I just hope and pray she stopped and everytime you see this know you hurt someone there may not be no Marks u can see but there is a scars you left me with and I will never for get but I do forgive u

Absolutely love dr.cohen best doctor I ever had, very understanding and kind, she did amazing with my delivery and after my delivery, never had a bad experiences only good ones.

I just had the worst experience at dr.cohens office , when I got undressed I did not get a sheet to cover my self for atleast 20 minutes , I wanted to get the patch of birth control an she did not listen to me An was trying to get me to take a pill form of control, did not worn me before doing anything to me down there .. just very unsatisfied

I would not recommend her at all. Cares more about your money than your health. If you do choose to go to her I wish you the best of luck.

I feel very fortunate that my GP recommended Dr. Cohen. It is rare to find a doctor that truly cares about your well-being.
