After a consulting with your provider at the beginning of the session to determine what your needs are that appointment, they ensure everything feels comfortable. You are then left for the duration of your time to relax and meditate to allow everything to work together. After every visit I feel grounded and renewed in a way that makes this postpartum journey easier to navigate.Dr. Erin Sandoval is a dream to work with and helped me accomplish my goal of having a VBAC with my daughter. I even saw her the day I went into labor and we could tell baby was coming any day at that point.I can say emphatically that going to acupuncture has been the missing key to my health journey and I 10/10 recommend Natural Harmony to anyone looking to regain alignment in their health and pregnancy journeys.

Beyond 5 stars! Within 1 month of working with Dr. Merritt, my symptoms had improved around 90%. The acupuncture sessions are always very relaxing, and my symptoms at home have improved so much. My menstrual cycle was long, heavy, but after our first month working together it improved so much (thanks to acupuncture and the herbs their clinic makes). PMS symptoms have also improved! I have been so impressed with how fast I saw improvements, knowing this stuff can take a lot of time. Major kudos to their team :)

My only regret is not coming here for services sooner. I was diagnosed with endometriosis back in 2019 via laparoscopy which is when I first heard of Dr. Merritt’s office. I googled acupuncture and endo. Her clinic was the first to pop up. My pain only decreased by about 40% after my surgery when I was first considering coming to NHRH for the integrative endometriosis program. I was blessed with a miracle baby just 4 months after the lap and my pain disappeared and I no longer was in need of NHRH services.My cycle returned 11 months postpartum when my breastfeeding journey ended. The endo related pain returned with a vengeance and increasingly got worse with every cycle. I fought with the western medical system for answers to my pain for 2.5 years. Tried various hormones and birth controls with no decrease in the pain department and suffered every side effect possible. Finally in the the late spring I made my way to the right doctor who agreed to another surgery. She recommended acupuncture so I knew NHRH was where I wanted to go.The initial appointment was the most thorough and detailed of any I’ve ever attended…and trust me I’ve been to way more than I’m happy to admit. They asked me every question under the sun about my cycle/health history and came up with a very detailed full body plan to get my life back with endometriosis. It arrived a few days before the week I was told it would take to prepare. I even got a phone call letting me know it was ready and in my inbox.I was given a whole packet of information on nutrition, lifestyle changes, pelvic floor exercises, chemical reduction, stress reduction, herb and supplements..I’m sure I’m forgetting an item or two but you get the picture. It was a full body comprehensive plan on how to feel better with this awful disease.In addition to the endo plan I started doing weekly acupuncture sessions and was able to get in 5 before my surgery. Dr. Merritt has endo herself which is the main reason I chose her place of business for treatment.When I walked in for my first acupuncture treatment my soul instantly felt at peace. The office decor was beautiful, calm, warm and peaceful and thoughtfully designed with women’s health in mind. The rooms have an upscale spa feel. They play relaxing music and keep the lights dim during your session…it’s almost impossible to not zen out and/or fall asleep. This was the first office I had walked into in a long time that didn’t make me want to cry. Dr. Merritt has created such a safe and beautiful space for women to come and receive healing.I noticed a reduction in symptoms just after the first session. I walked in that day with my usual ovulatory headache which had completely disappeared by the time I left nor did it return.By the time the 5 sessions were complete we were able to fully get rid of my ovulatory and pms pain leading up to my cycle and have had zero migraines which is usually the trademark sign that my cycle is going to start. For the first time ever I started my period and didn’t know it was coming.I seriously couldn’t believe my eyes as I have suffered from chronic pain, migraines and several other symptoms during these periods of my cycle for literally forever. My sleep has never been better and the relaxation you receive after treatment is mind blowing and lasts days after.The first few sessions I was extremely tired after and was forced to give myself a nap. After which, I was able to get an entire 8 hours of rest without any interruption. I suffer with insomnia and have trouble sleeping even with a strict medication/supplement schedule. This was shocking because if I ever take a nap…night sleep goes out the door. My body felt the effects of treatment and was forced to rest and heal like it needed.I can’t recommend NHRH and their endo program enough and I have been singing their praises to anyone who will listen. If you are considering treatment here do not hesitate!!! You will be treated with the upmost care and respect and gain a new team of cheerleaders.

I started my treatment with Dr. Erin Sandoval, she is so knowledgeable, friendly and have a very soft touch for acupuncture. My results after a few months where more than AMAZING, I was very impressed and very surprised that in a few months I got such great results. When I began coming to Natural Harmony, my periods were excruciatingly painful and even ovulation hurt. Before I had any children I had none of the typical PMS symptoms, after my first child I had some mild cramps and a little moodiness, after the birth of my twins the cramps were comparable to labor pains! And my moods were just as bad. After a few visits at Natural Harmony, my period pains were completely gone ovulation pain is gone as well and my moods have improved dramatically. Merritt Jones is absolutely the best acupuncturist I’ve ever been to. Like others have said, her technique is so gentle you can barely feel the needles. She genuinely cares about all of her clients and makes every appointment unique to what your body needs during that particular cycle or trimester. I’ve been seeing Merritt for over a year now and will continue to see her throughout my pregnancy. Her new office manager Julie is absolutely a delight and makes the scheduling process a breeze!! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I LOVE NHRH! I have been going to them for over a year, and have not regretted it for a second. I mainly see Merritt, but when she was on leave I saw most of the other practitioners, and I was thoroughly impressed by all of them. I suffer from a variety of reproductive health issues, but the main one I seek care for is endometriosis. Merritt has a deep understanding of endometriosis and is very thorough in assessing every possible symptom at the beginning of each appointment in order to come up with the perfect acupuncture plan for that day. Merritt has many connections in the endo community here in San Diego, and referred me to an amazing endometriosis excision surgeon and massage therapist. I found Natural Harmony because I was looking for an acupuncturist with the ABORM license and came across Dr. Stephanie. I am currently going through IVF and it was really important to me that my acupuncturist was skilled and educated in this area.Ive been coming once a week but during retrieval cycles I will increase to 2x week. Dr. Stephanie is so comforting to talk to. She listens, educates, and truly has been such a light for me during my IVF journey. I used to have severe period pain as well and now my periods are much more manageable with the acupuncture I have received here and the herbs they provide.I mainly see Dr. Stephanie but have also had many great sessions with Dr. Merritt and Dr. Erin. I cant forget to mention how great Alicia and Trey are as well! They have always been able to squeeze me in and are so kind and caring when you are first greeted by them. Ive been coming here for acupuncture and advice on supplements since December 2021, and it has significantly improved my endometriosis symptoms. I had surgery in April 2022 to remove adhesions, and continuing with my weekly treatments at NHRH have helped me recover more quickly. If you have endo, you know how hard it can be to find a good surgeon, and NHRH actually helped me find one. When I went into the surgeons office, he said Oh youre seeing Merritt? Thats excellent, she really knows what shes doing.My schedule can be a bit erratic, but I have never had trouble scheduling appointments. Ive seen every practitioner at this point, and they are all equally fantastic.One thing I really like is that you can actually text the office, and Alicia or Trent respond right away. Ive had to do this when I was sick and needed to cancel my appointment last minute. Its just an added touch of convenience that I really love. They also have dedicated parking in the garage under the building.

Natural Harmony changed my life! I struggled with super painful periods most of my life, Im talking bad cramps, throwing up, shaking, and have used birth control to mediate it. Last year I went off birth control and the pain came back so I decided it was time to treat the problem, instead of mask it. I just had my first session with Merritt and it was WONDERFUL! She is so knowledgable when it comes to Womens health as well as overall body function. Her technique is so gentle that I barely felt the needles. She just has a very calming and caring energy as well. She also has a strong background in Nutrition and gave me all sorts of great supplement recommendations. I started coming to Merritt in hopes of it helping the process of my husband and I conceiving. My cycles have been irregular since coming off birth control and my stress/ anxiety has been bad, too. Within the first couple of sessions I noticed a HUGE difference in how I felt. Before the pandemic, Dr. Merritt was the first person to acknowledge my pain was not “normal” as suggested at every doctor’s visit since I was a teen. I just started seeing Merritt about 6 weeks ago after a year of trying to get pregnant with no success. My cycles were irregular after coming off of birth control, and I had yet to have a normal 28 day cycle since stopping the pill. After just 6 weeks of acupuncture I finally had my first 28 day cycle! I also normally have very intense cramping during my period, and this month my cramps were very minimal. I would highly recommend acupuncture with Merritt! She is so sweet and attentive, and always answers any questions I have. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I look forward to my appointment every week and have never felt more relaxed than I do during our sessions!

All of the providers at NHRH are so amazing! I had the opportunity to meet most of them throughout my treatments. I started getting acupuncture when I was pregnant and my baby was breech. I heard it can help “flip“ babies so I thought I would give it a try! They all treated me so well and the best part was that the baby flipped!!!—and we had a great, safe delivery. Every time I went in for a treatment, the office staff was so welcoming and kind. The providers all read my chart and knew a little bit about my care goals before meeting me which I really appreciated! Seemed like everyone was on the same page which was so comforting. I came to Natural Harmony experiencing a lot of confusion and fear surrounding my pcos symptoms that had recently landed me in the ER. I wanted to go to a doctor who would actually help me to heal naturally as opposed to just writing me a prescription for birth control which had been my experience for the most part. Merritt listened to every little problem I was concerned with- not only issues that pertain to reproductive health but also my digestive issues and chronic anxiety. Every acupuncture session (especially the first few) felt wonderful and relieved so much tension. Those along with the supplements/herbs she prescribed and dietary recommendations have helped my body and mind get back on track in a super noticeable way. Im truly impressed with the holistic nature of her practice and appreciate the value placed on both eastern and western medicine. Its difficult for me to trust doctors in general but Merritt makes it easy-she is clearly an expert and provides a lovely, comforting environment. I also find the pricing to be very reasonable. From the initial consultation, to the first acupuncture appointment, to every appointment and team member sense this community and business, Natural Harmony, is in my eyes the best there is.Fertility can be such a personal journey, and in some cases a painful struggle so to have a team of incredible people who are equal parts intelligent and kind, empathetic and hopeful, skilled and invested was something I didn’t know I needed, until I started here. I have felt so much love and support from every person at this office, every step of the way.We started here due to a miscarriage, fearing an inability to grow a healthy baby and within just 3 months conceived, and have continued to hold healthy twins. I don’t just credit this to the acupuncture although going twice per week has been a game changer, but I also credit it to the custom supplementation recommendations, the diet and exercise recommendations and the lifestyle suggestions.First the acupuncture helped me have a more regulated cycle. When I arrived it was upwards of 50 days long, and before conceiving it was much more optimal at 35 days. Everybody here is so friendly and so supportive. I feel so heard and seen on the journey and it has definitely been so informative and provides so much relief. The doctors are really helping me understand my body as well. I have been working with Dr. Romona and Dr. Merritt and they are absolutely the greatest/so nice (and trust the other doctors I haven’t worked with are probably really great as well!) I honestly have nothing but very positive things to say about Natural Harmony!!

I couldn’t have more positive things to say about this place and its people. Dr. Erin is amazing - she is so welcoming, is a great listener and has zero judgment towards her patients. I was pretty dejected when I first started coming here. I had gone off birth control only to face a plethora of unwanted symptoms, including a missing period. My cycles were erratic and I didn’t know if I’d ever be able to get pregnant; it felt pretty hopeless. But Dr. Erin and Dr. Merritt had a plan. And better yet, they had hope when I had none. Without them, I don’t think I would have made it through this journey intact. Fast forward a few months later, my period was back with semi-regularity and my mood had improved. Six months in and the stick turned positive, I was pregnant. I couldn’t believe it. The first person other than my husband that I wanted to tell was Dr. Erin! She continued to support me throughout my pregnancy and now we have a beautiful little girl. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to understand more about their fertility or their cycle or anyone trying to get pregnant.

I love acupuncture, but struggled to find a practitioner in the San Diego area who I connected with and who also practiced on pregnant women. I came to Merritt and her team when I was about halfway through my pregnancy, and am thrilled with the practice. I have extremely high standards when it comes to my care team. Merritt is a very special person and practitioner. She is extremely sharp and well versed in nutrition, disease, Chinese medicine, cupping, and of course, acupuncture. On top of her skill set and knowledge, she exhibits compassion, emotional intelligence, humility, and an openness to dialogue. This is not the kind of practice where they stick you and just leave you. From start to finish, Malorie and Merritt make you sure you are comfortable in every way. I look forward to seeing these two each week. From a results perspective, I notice a real difference in the way I sleep after I come to see Merritt (not an easy feat in pregnancy), and relief from a variety of symptoms like headaches, back inflammation, and anxiety. I highly recommend this team!

Merritt is a gifted healer. Shes smart as a whip as well as intuitive, kind and gentle. Every acupuncture treatment Ive received from Merritt has left me feeling grounded, calm, and full of vital energy. I started going to see Merritt and Kim in February 2018 after our first pregnancy loss the previous fall. My husband and I got married later in our lives and started trying to start a family shortly after. We were lucky to immediately get pregnant, but unfortunately approaching the end of our first trimester, we learned our baby did not survive.I decided to go to acupuncture because of a friends recommendation, and found NHRH through searches and saw they had such high ratings. The ratings do not lie. We unfortunately suffered two additional losses during 2018. I dont think through without the guidance and care of Merritt and Kim, I would have been able to overcome these multiple losses and continue having the courage and strength to not give up on our family pursuit.Merritts knowledge of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, I believe, is the reason I am now 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy girl. She worked with me through herbs and acupuncture (which I religiously went to see her on a weekly basis) to optimize my egg quality (as I had chromosomal abnormalities in the previous pregnancies - not abnormal for a woman in her late 30s) to get that healthy child. She worked with me to be patient, relax and take away as much of the stress that comes along with struggles with fertility and healthy pregnancies.Regardless of infertility issues, I would still recommend anyone trying to conceive to see Merritt and Kim at NHRH as part of their journey towards parenthood. Above all, what I appreciate most, is both of their willingness to offer knowledge, guide me through making decisions as I progress, and letting me know that changing plans is okay from what I always envisioned this journey to be like.I am continuing to see Merritt throughout my pregnancy because she is able to offer solutions through acupuncture to alleviate pains, sleep issues, digestive issues (or anything else that comes along with pregnancy) and other benefits one can receive through acupuncture.I thank both of these ladies from the bottom of my heart for the success of my current pregnancy, but not to overshadow the aid that they both gave me to carry forward after my three losses. I cannot tell you how compassionate, patient and understanding both women are and how much they have help us during our journey thus far.

Merritt is truly amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has the perfect touch. Her bedside manner is caring, kind and gentle. She pays attention, she is clear in what she is doing and what she wants me to do moving forward. She is not pushy, but works with what I am able to do. I came to her in need, wondering if I could ever have a normal pregnancy - I had 2 ectopics and a miscarriage. Since seeing her, I have more hope than I ever have about future pregnancies. I think being under her care is one of the VERY BEST things I have EVER done for my health. I appreciate how she follows through and remembers what we are working on in my health. I always look forward to my appointments with her and Im so thankful have the opportunity to be treated by her. If you are thinking about making an appointment, just do it, you wont regret it. I must say that I went in skeptical. How can pins and needles help me with my pain? I suffer from Endometriosis and the usual aches and pains that come with getting older...My first session with Merritt was a lot of talking about my medical background, my lifestyle choices, and my complaints. She truly listened. It was wonderful! And she offered great feedback to how I may be able to treat myself better in the future. Then came the acupuncture session.I had needles everywhere! It didnt hurt. Not one bit. And the best part? She warms the table, so Im comfy and cozy the entire time. I even took a nap! The removal of the needles was also completely pain-free.Its January 25th and Ive now had three sessions with Merritt. Each session I go in with pain, and I walk out with none. Its absolutely freakin mind-boggling! I mean it boggles my mind - she already knew the power she wields in her hands...Merritt is incredibly warm and welcoming. She truly cares about my concerns and wishes to make me feel better. Its not just about relieving pain; its evident that Merritt wants to make my entire body function at its best. I cannot say enough good things about NHRH.First off infertility is so mean and brutal and you need to have people in your corner. Look no further. Merritt Jones is smart, kind, non-pushy, supportive and for me a God-send. I started seeing her 9 months ago and have seen a shift in my stress--a major factor in infertility. I also had a really difficult experience with an RE and Merritt called me and checked on me and encouraged me to seek more information from a new RE. This was HUGE--she did not have to call or offer that care but that seems to just be Merritt--caring holistically for her clients. I followed her advice and now have a great new RE and new treatment plan. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend NHRH and Merritt Jones. If you are on the fence just give it a try and see for yourself you will not regret it.Second, I had never done acupuncture before--so if you are new here are a few tidbits--it does not hurt, it is actually really relaxing, you wear clothes the whole time, you may need baggy clothes so you can give access to your abdomen, you will feel unbelievably supported and cared for in an hours time!

There are so many wonderful things to say about Dr. Merritt Jones and Natural Harmony. Shes warm, kind, and so so knowledgeable about fertility. I can not say enough great things about NHRH. I have been going there for over a year now. I was diagnosed with PCOS and was looking to get pregnant and my OBGYNs solution was heavy medication. I wanted to go a more natural route and started doing research and found NHRH. Dr. Merritt is a godsend, she helped guide me and changed my diet and workout routine, gave me supplements and herbs and started acupuncture. She took the time to run labs and really get a better idea of what my body needed. She was so patience with all my questions and concerns and was always quick to get back to me. It took me about 3 months to get a period (after a year!) and the next time ovulated I got pregnant!! I continued through out my pregnancy and I have to say it was a pretty easy pregnancy and I contribute it to my continued acupuncture.The staff at NHRH is amazing, from front desk to the other acupuncturists, they are all incredible. The clinic is relaxing, calm and peaceful and I enjoyed my weekly appointments. I highly suggest coming here if you are having infertility or hormonal difficulties.

As an acupuncture newbie, I wasnt really sure what to expect when I went to see Merritt for my first treatment. Merritt immediately put me at ease, and was very communicative through the whole process, explaining everything as she went - what she was doing, why, and the feelings and sensations I might experience during and after a treatment. I wouldnt say I was an acupuncture skeptic going in, but I certainly didnt expect to feel an energetic shift (the sensation of qi, according to Merritt) nearly as strongly as I did. In the hours after just this first treatment, I felt more relaxed, grounded, and solid in my body than I have for a long time. Ive had near-daily headaches for years, and have struggled with various mental health issues (anxiety, depression, PTSD) for most of my life, and Im looking forward to adding acupuncture into my cache of treatments.Beyond just the acupuncture, Merritt also sent me away with a whole list of suggestions for lifestyle changes and herbs and foods I can use to supplement my diet. I have a great primary care provider elsewhere for that western medical treatment, but Im really glad to have found such a thorough and caring practitioner to help build a more holistic approach to my health and wellness. As a queer woman, its also really important to me that I find medical and health providers that are truly understanding of and competent in providing care to the queer and trans community. Merritts dedication to serving the LGBTQ community seems to be an incredibly important aspect of her practice, and for me, that makes her a much more trusted practitioner.Merritt is an incredibly intuitive, compassionate, and kind practitioner, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone curious about acupuncture and holistic health.

I started going to Harmony Reproductive Health after it was suggested to me by an acquaintance. After the loss of a pregnancy, I had been unsuccessfully trying to get pregnant for almost a year. To be frank, I was very discouraged and was willing to try almost anything. I saw Merritt ONE time and she helped me to stop falling asleep while driving. Scary, I know! Ive done some pretty good work on my own, changing what and when I eat, making sure I dont eat before driving because my system does not regulate very well, hence, the sleepiness. Its super inconvenient and dangerous.I saw Merritt, her touch was gentle and none of the needles were painful. Right after our appointment, I had an unplanned lunch meeting and had to do a bunch of driving right afterward, definitely something that would have made me sleepy! After being treated by Merritt, I was able to drive the whole way without fear of falling asleep! It felt like there was a little engine in me that kept me awake, something Id never felt before!Not only did she help with this, but she gave me a list of foods, vitamins and supplements that would be helpful and a super easy way to purchase them aannnd she took a look at my natural birth control app on my phone to get insight to my cycle to see how that all plays into my issues. She was reading that app like it was the back of her hand! My husband and I are not trying for kids yet, but Ill DEFINITELY be back to see her when that time comes :)

While in the midst of acupuncture treatment, I required two unrelated emergency surgeries and a prolonged hospitalization for sepsis. I have suffered from recurring Utis/infections for over 15 years, have been on so many rounds of antibiotics Ive lost count and no one could help. I started seeing Dr Erin Sandoval 7 months ago and have had no issues since then! They take an extensive patient history, and work together a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, including diet and supplement suggestions. She is a great listener, very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. Julie the office manager is the sweetest human as well. I always look forward to my visits, and seeing these two!

I have been under the excellent care of Merritt Jones and Kim Dela Cruz for 6 months now, and after being told that we would have to undergo IVF to be able to conceive we are 12 weeks PREGNANT with out any pharmaceutical or assisted reproductive technology treatments!!! My fertility journey started a year ago when my husband and I decided we wanted to start a family. I went and got my labs done and my normal check up from my regular obgyn. Everything was good and I was healthy to conceive. After 6 months I became concerned when we still had not gotten pregnant due to my age, 37 years old. I decided to seek help from a fertility specialist and wanted to see an acupuncturist to see if they could help.I found Merritt after thorough searches for an acupuncturist that specialized in reproductive health, and I am so glad I did! After retesting I found out that my AMH had dropped from a 1.8 to .42 and my FSH was slightly high at 9.4. I was very concerned that we were losing our chances of having a family. Our fertility doctor told us that we should do IVF ASAP to be able increase our chances of conception and that she was very concerned that my ovarian reserve was low.Merritt came up with an alternative treatment plan that consisted of supplements, supportive healthy nutrition, herbs, and of course acupuncture. Her expert care, compassion, and calmness through out the whole process has been amazing, and I would not be were I am today with out it.I highly recommend both Merritt and Kim for your reproductive acupuncture needs! I cant say enough amazing things about Natural Harmony Reproductive Health and how theyve helped me along my journey. I came to them prior to starting IVF which came with a lot of fear and uncertainty during a very difficult time. I felt very alone, uneducated by my Doctor, and consumed by anxiety. After my very first visit I instantly felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders, felt heard, and that I wasnt alone for the first time. They honed in on my specific needs and treated me accordingly and after several visits I noticed a lot of changes in my physical and mental health which helped prepare me for IVF. I started to see Merritt after unsuccessfully trying to conceive for over a year and finally being diagnosed with Endometriosis and having surgical excision for it. After my surgery, my pelvic floor PT recommended also doing accupuncture with Merritt Jones at NHRH!Merritt is SUCH a wealth of knowledge on Endometriosis which is a breath of fresh air when theres so much misinformation out there! She is also so supportive and sweet and knows so much about supporting the body for optimal fertility with supplements, nutrition/diet, accupuncture, etc. I was so concerned after my excision surgery that I would not be able to get pregnant naturally. Needless to say I only saw her for 2 months when I got my first positive pregnancy test and I truly believe seeing them helped me get pregnant!Even after getting pregnant, she has been a comfort to me as a first time mother who has no idea whats going on. I sometimes had a lot of anxiety between OBGYN appointments and seeing her was very calming and a total relief as she could answer a lot of my more basic questions and has resources for doulas, etc as well!

I am sooo grateful to the wonderful people at Natural Harmony and Reproductive Health. I realized I was having big hormonal swings related to my cycle after I had 3 c-sections pretty close together and years of nursing, poor sleep, etc. which led me to depression, suicidal feelings, and insomnia. I was referred to their office for acupuncture and Chinese herb and supplement treatment. I have been going weekly for the past 3 months and I am THRILLED to report that my symptoms have mostly disappeared! The doctors are gentle, thoughtful, caring and EXCELLENT at what they do. As I give feedback about my symptoms, they continue to adjust my herbs and treatments and the results have blown me away. Merritt is amazing! I found her when my husband and I learned we had some fertility problems. I was told I had a high FSH/low AMH and that my chances of conceiving naturally were very low. Devastated, we were ready to try anything if it helped our chances, all along thinking we would need IVF. Merritt put a plan in place and started treating me weekly. I am happy to report that after 4 months of treatment we were able to conceive naturally!!! She truly knows her craft. She is caring, warm, and a great listener. Ive been seeing Dr. Erin for about 6 months now to help with my PCOS symptoms, and it has been fantastic. She does a wonderful job explaining what she is doing, and how you can support yourself in your everyday life. From explaining how acupuncture works, to what foods to eat at various times in your cycle, Ive gained so much knowledge. After years of unsuccessfully trying to overcome my PCOS symptoms, Ive been able to see incredible improvements over just the few months that Ive seen her.

I have received acupuncture treatments from Merritt for issues with pain, and diabetes.She has been key in my success in reducing blood levels and pain. She is gifted and makes you feel very comfortable and makes herself very available. I highly recommend her !I wish I could see her every week !

Thank God for Merritt Jones! For most of my life I have struggled with menstrual irregularity. In fact, prior to receiving acupuncture from Merritt I had not gotten my period in over six months! After consulting with Merritt and discussing my concerns with her, she reassured me that I was not alone in my struggles and that acupuncture could help. Her kindness combined with her extensive knowledge was exactly what I needed. Shortly after undergoing treatment with Merritt, my period was back on track! I could not be happier!

After finally being diagnosed with adenomyosis and an issue with my thyroid, a friend referred me to Merritt. She specializes in hormone therapy and is very familiar with treatments specifically for endometriosis which is a close relative to adenomyosis. Truth is, both of my issues are linked to hormones.I was tired, had brain fog and a variety of other symptoms that were consistent with my diagnosis but I was hesitant to start medications that may have been recommended by my Dr.We began treatment weekly initially. She also prescribed a number of supplements to assist. I did that for almost two months. The symptoms that I experienced with the adenomyosis which included extremely heavy periods and pain throughout the month and mood changes literally lifted after about 4 treatments. My subsequent period was a DREAM. After almost two months of weekly treatments, we shifted my visits to farther apart. 2-3 weeks and now I visit monthly.I began treatment in late October / early November and retested my thyroid in December and my thyroid tested NORMAL. I was literally in shock. I have always been a firm believer in overall wellness and have believed that acupuncture works as Ive had several family members treat different ailments using acupuncture but to see actual blood work numbers shift so drastically, was amazing to me.Now I should say that I have seen the other practitioners in the office and theyre all great so dont hesitate to see whoever fits your busy schedule.Thank you Merritt, Erin and Kim for assisting to bring me to a better place. Dr. Merritt is fantastic! In the middle of an IVF round and she has been so supportive throughout the entire process. I started seeing her 2 years ago while starting IVF, and she has been such a great support since the beginning.

I found Natural Harmony after almost two years of irregular/anovulatory cycles and zero success finding a doctor who wouldn’t rush to prescribe birth control.
