Their phone system is awful!The staff seemed very unhappy, I did not feel welcome at all. The restroom could be a lot cleaner! I would not return. Sometimes,I think medical offices forget that we are PAYING customers.I understand any job can get monotonous, but the staff needs to remember they are working for people that are ill and or not feeling well. A friendly welcome isn’t asking too much.

Made my appointment online and was in an out in less than 10 minutes. The lady that took care of me was nice but dont expect a warm getting upon arrival... When you walk in you are expected to use the sign in tablet even if the ladies are at the front desk. Do yourself a favor, book an appointment online and have your confirmation printed and ready to scan upon arrival - it will make the process much easier.

Phone system tells the wrong times for drug testing. Testing hours END AT 2PM NOT AT 3PM like their phone system states.The receptionist was blatantly rude stating that they only test until 2pm this is nothing new.I would not recommend this Branch to anyone. The Lowell branch is much friendlier and they were very helpful.

Most of the people who work here are great to deal with but the woman I dealt with today was awful. She clearly was lazy and miserable. Well she got her way because I left and am going to get my tests elsewhere.

Quest phone service really stinks. Trying to call them is impossible. I literally have to drive over there to verify they have received a fax.I will strongly consider using another service, which is too bad as I like Quest. I dont have the time to jump through hoops for a simple confirmation of receiving a fax.

Location & signage poor.Medical building is old and most doors are locked.Wait room smallDont go on Saturday unfortunately this location is one of the only open on Saturday

The automated system gets stuck on my zip code that begins with 0, cant get it to move off that menu. Very poor customer service for an off-hours call.

Automated telecall really sucks - they dont have option to select our desired option. and when we speak it always has problem to take our request....really sucks, i never gave bad reviews this bad...

For routine blood draws things go well. Only issue is its tough to find once youre in the building.
