The physician had an arrogance about him. Poor bedside manner and recommended me seeing a therapist for emotional issues. I was not there for emotional issues, nor should someone recommend that the first time meeting someone. I did have complications from a traumatic birth but all I needed was a plan for repairing those issues. After examining me, he stated “get a box of tissues, you’re not going to like what I have to say”, and then recommend some therapist. I was in shock because I wasn’t even crying or sad during our visit. Couldn’t wait to get out of there, left crying and felt insulted. They also had me urinate in this funnel contraption on a nasty commode. It was strange. I took a picture and sent it to my nurse friends, they didn’t understand either. Lastly, the front desk and staff seemed to be people you would meet in a bar. Non professional acting, and looked like they haven’t showered after a rough night. I saw the receptionist make faces with every phone call, talk about the patients to other workers, and I actually saw her hang up on someone and roll her eyes when they called back. I should have went with my initial impression and left asap. Waste of time here!!!!!

Doctor is very good and knowledgeable. Staff is horrible. It took days before they could schedule an appointment. Office staff is just not professional. They do not know how to check emails, computers do not work they say and they mix up the appointments.
